Group Guided Silent Retreat Day

Come away with others and unplug for the day.

This retreat filled up last time it was offered -- this is a response to requests to offer it again.

This group Guided Silent Retreat Day offers a guided, unplugged environment to be quiet and go deep with scriptures, inspirational readings, your journal, and art to process, rest, and seek the Divine apart from from the fast pace and noise of life.

Using Ignatian prayer practices and expressive art in a trauma-sensitive way,

we will seek to create space for being present to, resting in,

attachment with, and relationship with God.
